Information Security Officer (ISO) – RegTech

About the role

iDenfy is seeking an Information Security Officer to own and drive security across the company. You will be the primary point of contact for security, shaping risk management, compliance and governance while collaborating with both management and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own information security and compliance activities for ISO 27001, SOC 2, eIDAS, DORA and related frameworks, coordinating audit readiness.
• Identify, assess, monitor and remediate security risks end‑to‑end.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, processes and procedures.
• Oversee network and system security, including vulnerability management, security monitoring and improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate security testing such as vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, phishing simulations and incident response.
• Build security awareness through training and communication.
• Support security governance, provide recommendations to leadership and contribute to secure IT projects.
• Manage third‑party security assessments, business continuity testing and respond to client security questionnaires.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in information security, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance or IT audit.
• Strong understanding of security principles, risk management and regulatory requirements, with hands‑on experience applying ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
• Proven ability to identify and mitigate security risks.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, written and spoken.
