Integration Solutions Architect

About the role

Festo Lithuania is seeking an Integration Solutions Architect to lead the design and evolution of synchronous and asynchronous integration solutions across the company. You will work with international, cross‑functional teams to ensure integration practices align with enterprise architecture, security and operational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define, maintain and continuously improve principles, standards and best practices for integration solutions.
• Guide teams in selecting appropriate integration patterns, technologies and platforms.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, compliance and operational requirements.
• Promote standardisation and reduce unnecessary complexity.
• Review and challenge solution designs for scalability, maintainability and reusability.
• Advise business and IT stakeholders on sustainable integration solutions.
• Facilitate architecture reviews and integration governance.
• Contribute to integration roadmaps and technology strategy.
• Collaborate with international, cross‑functional teams and drive continuous improvement of integration capabilities.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise integration, solution architecture or middleware.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent business English.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of TOGAF and Agile/DevOps/SAFe methodologies is desirable.
