Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager

About the role

Kilo and its operational arm Kiloverse are growing fast across health, wellness, beauty and travel. We are looking for an Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager who gets to know our people, asks the right questions and helps colleagues understand the decisions, changes and projects that affect their work.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and turn stories, achievements and everyday work into engaging internal content across multiple channels.
• Design and run formats that encourage participation, feedback and cross‑team interaction.
• Maintain internal communication channels, set tone guidelines and keep content fresh and relevant.
• Lead content and programme for quarterly and annual company‑wide meetings, including agendas, presentations and speaker preparation.
• Partner with leaders, HR and the Events & Culture team to craft clear messages around organisational changes, events and CSR initiatives.
• Own engagement‑survey communication, run short surveys, analyse feedback and adapt communication tactics accordingly.
• Leverage AI tools to streamline routine tasks and improve content creation.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
• Excellent English with the ability to write clear, natural copy on complex or sensitive topics.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable working with leaders and HR on change communication.
• Proven ability to use surveys, employee feedback and channel data to optimise communication.
• Creative mindset for making internal communication more interesting and willingness to experiment.
• Good project‑management judgement, able to organise work and deliver on time.
• Practical experience with AI tools and curiosity about their potential.
• Employer‑branding experience is a plus.
