Internal Communications & Employee Engagement Manager

Darbo aprašymas
About the role
We’re looking for someone who gets to know our people, asks good questions, and helps colleagues make sense of the decisions, changes, and projects that affect their work. You’ll write, plan, talk to teams, prepare leaders, and bring people together. Some days that means turning a complex update into a clear message, while other days it’s shaping a company‑wide event or trying a new way to invite colleagues to talk.
Key responsibilities
- Actively find stories and examples worth sharing across the group.
- Turn colleagues’ achievements, lessons, and everyday work into engaging internal content.
- Experiment with formats that encourage participation, feedback, and cross‑team knowledge.
- Maintain internal channels, keep content useful and current, and suggest ways to increase engagement.
- Set simple guidelines for tone, templates, and distribution rules.
- Lead content and programme for quarterly and annual company‑wide meetings, from agendas to speaker preparation.
- Partner with leaders, HR and teams early in change initiatives to craft clear messages and Q&As.
- Collaborate with Events & Culture to ensure clear communication before, during, and after internal events.
- Own engagement‑survey communication: explain purpose, encourage participation, share findings, and outline next steps.
- Run short surveys, gather feedback, track reach, and adapt formats and channels based on results.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications.
- Excellent English with the ability to write clear, natural copy on complex or sensitive topics.
- Strong interpersonal skills; comfortable speaking with diverse stakeholders and building relationships.
- Proven ability to use surveys, employee feedback and channel data to improve communication.
- Creative mindset with ideas for making internal communication more interesting.
- Confidence to initiate conversations, ask questions, and host discussions.
- Project‑management capability: organize work, meet deadlines, and keep others involved.
- Good judgement when plans change or multiple priorities arise.
- Practical experience with AI tools and curiosity about their potential.
- Employer‑branding experience is a plus.
What we offer
- Gross salary range €2,800‑€3,300 per month.
- Hybrid work model (4 days onsite, 1 day remote) at our Vilnius office.
- Health insurance after probation, on‑site physiotherapist, office gym and fitness classes.
- Extra days off (7 + 3 for weddings) and the option to work two months from anywhere.
- Pet‑friendly office, fresh breakfasts, hot lunches, stocked snack areas, and regular rooftop events.
- €1,100 yearly budget for personal or team growth (coaching, courses, books, etc.).
- Referral bonus of €1,500 for successful hires.
