About the role

We are looking for an Equipment Operator to work on a rotating shift schedule (3 days on, 3 days off, 07:00‑19:00) at our facility near Utena. The role involves handling, maintaining and adjusting production equipment while ensuring safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, select and maintain equipment, adjusting operational parameters as needed.
• Collect raw materials and oversee their processing.
• Respond promptly to equipment malfunctions and diagnose faults.
• Set, control and regulate parameters of both stationary and portable machines.
• Perform corrective actions to eliminate breakdowns.
• Maintain hygienic conditions of equipment during operation and clean machinery at shift end.
• Execute tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Keep the workplace tidy and organized.

Required profile

• Willingness to work the specified shift schedule.
• Responsible, honest and diligent attitude.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Adherence to work discipline.
• Previous experience with similar equipment is an advantage.
