IT Engineer – Identity & Endpoint Management

About the role

Eldorado.gg is seeking an IT Engineer to build and maintain the core IT foundation that supports its rapid growth. You will own the identity platform, streamline the joiner‑mover‑leaver process, manage device fleets, and control the SaaS portfolio to ensure security, cost efficiency, and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage a central identity platform, migrate applications, onboard new services via SCIM, and control service and shared accounts.
• Design, implement, and maintain an end‑to‑end joiner‑mover‑leaver workflow triggered from a single source.
• Roll out Mobile Device Management (MDM) across a mixed device fleet, enforce baseline policies, enable zero‑touch onboarding, and perform remote wipes on off‑boarding.
• Define and enforce IT security policies, including password standards, multi‑factor authentication (MFA), credential rotation, and audit evidence of access.
• Administer the SaaS portfolio as a cost centre: track ownership, licensing, renewal dates, authentication methods, and reclaim unused licences.

Required profile

• Proven experience running identity and endpoint management in an organization with established processes.
• Hands‑on expertise with an identity provider and MDM solutions across a mixed device fleet.
• Strong understanding of security fundamentals such as MFA, least‑privilege access, privileged‑access separation, credential hygiene, and audit trails.
• Automation‑first mindset with thorough documentation practices.
• Data‑driven decision making: measure tool costs and usage, propose solutions rather than ask questions.
