Junior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Accountant to join our team in Lithuania. You will support clients across the Baltic region by handling core accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and providing practical advice.

Key responsibilities

• Enter primary accounting data and maintain a smooth client accounting cycle.
• Assist with DU calculations and process payments.
• Prepare and submit periodic tax and statistical declarations.
• Maintain client relationships, analyse queries and deliver practical recommendations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in accounting or finance.
• Familiarity with Lithuanian accounting standards and accounting software.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel.
• Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English.
• Alignment with a growth‑oriented, feedback‑driven team culture.
