Junior Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are a fast‑growing digital media startup that combines media buying with machine optimization. As a Junior Digital Marketing Manager you will support cross‑channel campaigns for national and international clients, helping them achieve KPI‑driven results.

Key responsibilities

• Provide cross‑channel client support and present digital media strategies.
• Analyze targeting options and execute KPI‑focused campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Spotify, Pinterest and Amazon.
• Track performance, evaluate results and implement optimization measures using our proprietary media management platform.
• Manage advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads and analytical tools like Google Analytics.
• Work with Google Marketing Platform tools (Search Ads 360, Campaign Manager 360, Display Video 360, etc.).
• Take responsibility for the marketing budget of assigned projects.

Required profile

• A very good to good college degree (e.g., business administration, economics, engineering, marketing, communication).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Customer‑focused, proactive attitude.
• Strong analytical and communication abilities.
• Interest in digital trends and media technologies.
