Junior/Mid Systems Administrator – macOS & iOS

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Systems Administrator to manage our macOS and iOS device fleet. You will work closely with security, IT and engineering teams to keep endpoints secure, compliant and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of macOS/iOS devices, from deployment to retirement, using scripting and automation.
• Maintain fleet security and compliance by administering identity and access integrations (JumpCloud, Okta, Google Workspace) and applying hardening best practices.
• Serve as the go‑to expert for macOS/iOS issues, improving endpoint workflows together with cross‑functional teams.
• Administer various SaaS systems and their integrations, including identity providers and other tooling.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience managing macOS devices in a business environment.
• Hands‑on experience with a Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, Mosyle, Intune, JumpCloud).
• Proficiency in Bash/Zsh scripting used in production.
• Familiarity with identity and access management concepts and at least one IdP.
• Strong communication skills and fluent written and spoken English.
