About the role

The Quarry Foreman will oversee daily loading operations at the Kalnėnų quarry, ensuring accurate production accounting, inventory control, and smooth communication with drivers and buyers.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise loading of quarry materials (gravel, sand) and monitor operational safety.
• Weigh outgoing product, issue waybills, and maintain weighing journals.
• Track excavated volumes and raw‑material consumption for production accounting.
• Participate in inventory checks, verifying stock piles against accounting records.
• Communicate pricing and order information to drivers and customers.

Required profile

• Professional or higher education in construction or road engineering (preferred).
• Responsible, honest, diligent and able to make quick operational decisions.
• Organised and capable of handling both fixed and variable workload.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
