Key Account Manager – Master Martini for Baltic Region

About the role

Unigrà is seeking a commercially driven Key Account Manager – Master Martini for the Baltic region to support growth across Lithuania, the Baltic States and Finland. You will develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted partner for bakery and confectionery customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new commercial opportunities and acquire new customers in food manufacturing, bakery and pastry sectors.
• Promote Unigrà’s portfolio of high‑quality food ingredients, semi‑finished products and finished solutions.
• Manage customer projects from product testing and validation through to commercial implementation.
• Lead pricing negotiations, contract management and ensure profitable, sustainable partnerships.
• Maintain accurate sales reporting, forecasting and provide market insights to support strategic decisions.

Required profile

• University degree, preferably in Business, Economics, Marketing, Food Technology or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, account management or business development within food ingredients, bakery, confectionery or related sectors.
• Track record of developing new business and managing key customer relationships.
• Knowledge of English is required; Russian and/or Baltic languages are a strong asset.
