Key Account Manager – Pharmacy Chains

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Key Account Manager to develop and maintain relationships with pharmacy chain decision‑makers across Lithuania. You will act as the primary contact for our key business partners, ensuring our pharmaceutical products are well represented and accessible to patients.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain continuous contact with pharmacy chains and other key accounts, delivering product information and support.
• Identify market opportunities, analyse competitor activity and market size, and propose actions to increase product availability.
• Develop and execute pricing, discounting, and trade‑marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Participate in company‑organised events and campaigns, contributing to their success.
• Prepare regular reports for senior management on account performance and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or distribution.
• Native Lithuanian speaker with intermediate (fluent verbal and written) English.
• Strong communication skills, courteous attitude and proactive problem‑solving approach.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets and continuously develop professional knowledge.
