About the role

Tele2 is looking for a Phone Customer Service Consultant to join its contact centre in Vilnius. You will interact with existing Tele2 customers by phone, answer their questions and resolve a variety of situations while delivering the best possible service experience.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries by phone and propose appropriate solutions or alternatives.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Promote and sell Tele2 products and services to existing customers.
• Record call outcomes and update information in CRM systems.
• Assist in preparing documents for regulatory bodies and support related projects.
• Be among the first to test new Tele2 and partner services.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably phone‑based.
• Basic understanding of the telecommunications market, products and services (experience with telecom products is a plus).
• Self‑motivation and persistence to find the best solution for each client.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian; Russian is a plus.
• Good computer literacy.
