About the role

The attraction in Kaunas is looking for a responsible and proactive team member to ensure smooth operation of the observation wheel, manage visitor flow, and provide high‑quality customer service. You will be the main point of contact for guests, handling ticket sales, safety procedures, and information in both Lithuanian and English.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the observation wheel, following provided training.
• Manage visitor queues, coordinate safe boarding and alighting.
• Sell and validate tickets, operate the cash register system.
• Provide information about services, tickets, prices and souvenirs in Lithuanian and English.
• Conduct daily equipment checks and maintain cleanliness and aesthetic standards of the gondolas, work area and surrounding zones.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve non‑standard situations and ensure uninterrupted operation.
• Perform additional tasks related to safe and quality operation of the attraction.

Required profile

• Responsible, diligent and honest attitude.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to react quickly, stay calm and solve issues efficiently.
• Good command of Lithuanian and fluent English; other languages are a plus.
• Attention to detail when handling cash transactions.
• At least secondary education.
• Willingness to work a rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays (40 h/week).

Required skills

• Basic cash‑handling proficiency.
• Ability to use ticketing and point‑of‑sale systems.
