About the role

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Specialist to join our team and provide professional phone support to our clients. You will be the first point of contact, helping customers find the best solutions while maintaining a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and provide clear, accurate information to customers.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and identify the most effective solutions.
• Maintain and update client data in internal systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues from other departments on complex issues.
• Work flexible shifts between 08:00 and 20:00, without night shifts.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
• Ability to stay professional and calm in stressful situations.
• Responsible, detail‑oriented, and focused on delivering quality service.
• Strong analytical thinking and decision‑making abilities.
• Quick learner of new technologies and willingness to apply AI tools for efficiency.
