About the role

We are looking for a Customer Representative to join our team at Mano Būstas in Kaunas. You will manage resident inquiries, coordinate solutions with internal teams, and ensure issues are resolved fully, contributing to a smoother living environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with apartment residents and address their questions and concerns.
• Take charge of situations and coordinate decisions with internal teams.
• Ensure problems are resolved completely and follow‑up with residents.
• Organise resident meetings and present solutions.
• Mediate differing opinions to reach consensus.
• Propose improvements to enhance building condition and quality of life.
• Build long‑term relationships with assigned communities.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service, management or coordination.
• Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for implementation.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment handling multiple issues simultaneously.
• Patience, persistence and focus on achieving results that may not be immediate.
• Resilience under pressure and ability to maintain control in complex situations.
• Self‑initiative, independence and a proactive attitude.
• Openness to change and willingness to work with new systems and tools, including AI.

Required skills

• Proficiency with internal communication and coordination tools.
