About the role

Join AUM Wellness Clinic, the region’s first longevity clinic located in a historic villa in the heart of Vilnius. As the first point of contact, you will welcome clients, create a warm atmosphere, and support them throughout their visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet clients with a smile and professional care.
• Register appointments, answer inquiries, and ensure clients feel confident.
• Operate clinic management systems such as TYNGO, Treatwell, and manodaktaras.lt.
• Process payments, issue invoices, and maintain clinic organization.
• Assist in scheduling specialists’ calendars.
• Promote gift vouchers, cosmetics, and supplements.
• Prepare coffee or tea to enhance the client experience.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, empathy, and a positive attitude.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a strong desire to learn.
• Quick decision‑making, organized, and detail‑oriented.
• Availability to work weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TYNGO system.
• Proficiency with Treatwell platform.
• Proficiency with manodaktaras.lt portal.
