Knowledge Management & Training Specialist – Trust & Safety

About the role

As a Knowledge Management & Training Specialist you will enable operational teams to work efficiently by creating and maintaining knowledge resources and learning solutions. You will support day‑to‑day operations, help teams adapt to change, and ensure that processes are applied confidently across Trust & Safety functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify knowledge gaps and training needs through operational insights and stakeholder feedback.
• Design, develop and maintain knowledge bases, training materials and learning pathways.
• Support rollout of new knowledge solutions and provide guidance to end‑users.
• Continuously improve content based on usage data, feedback and evolving processes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (Commercial Policy, Brand Authentication, Risk & Policy) to align learning with business objectives.
• Drive onboarding and ongoing training initiatives for specialists.

Required profile

• Independent, proactive problem‑solver with strong collaboration skills.
• Experience in knowledge management, operational enablement or learning & development.
• Ability to translate operational insights into practical learning solutions.
