About the role

Essmedi UAB is seeking a motivated Commercial Manager to lead the purchase and sale processes of cosmetics, as well as to support the import‑export activities of medicines and medical products across multiple regions. The role combines relationship management, market analysis and supply‑chain optimisation in a dynamic, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and execute cosmetics purchasing and sales processes.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients and suppliers.
• Identify and onboard new suppliers, clients and product lines.
• Manage inventory levels and optimise the supply chain.
• Conduct market analysis and monitor pricing trends.
• Plan, track and improve performance results.

Required profile

• Higher university education.
• Experience in wholesale or B2B trade is an advantage.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus.
• Strong computer literacy.
• Ability to plan and organise own workload.
• Initiative, responsibility and organisational skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, spreadsheets).
