About the role

Join Luminor’s customer service team in Vilnius as a consultant in the call centre. You will be the first point of contact for clients, helping them find the best banking solutions while working in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with customers by phone, understand their needs and propose suitable products and services.
• Resolve a variety of situations, ensuring a smooth service process and high‑quality client experience.
• Educate clients about everyday banking services and products, building trust and confidence.
• Work independently while receiving constant support from a friendly team.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service or sales, preferably in the financial sector.
• Strong listening skills and the ability to understand client needs.
• Clear communication in Lithuanian, both written and spoken; English proficiency is a plus.
• Curiosity, initiative and result‑orientation.
• Good computer literacy and a quick learning attitude.
