About the role

Swedbank is looking for a motivated Consultant to join its Customer Service department in Kaunas. You will be the face of the bank, helping clients with insurance, savings and financing needs while promoting suitable financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Represent Swedbank in daily interactions with customers, providing accurate advice.
• Consult clients on insurance, savings and financing products.
• Identify and propose the most appropriate financial solutions for each customer.
• Drive active sales of bank products and achieve sales targets.
• Deliver high‑level customer service and maintain strong client relationships.

Required profile

• Higher education (preferably in finance).
• Experience in customer service.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Good Lithuanian language skills (required) and English proficiency (preferred).
• Driver’s licence (preferred).
