About the role

Vilniaus duona, a leading bakery in the Baltic region, is looking for a motivated Loader to join its production team in Vilnius. You will be responsible for loading freshly baked products and preparing them for delivery to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Load finished bakery products onto transport vehicles for dispatch.
• Ensure correct handling and placement of goods to avoid damage.
• Collaborate with production and logistics teams to meet daily shipping targets.
• Maintain a clean and safe loading area.

Required profile

• Positive, responsible, and principled attitude.
• Team player with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work night shifts on a rotating schedule.
• Preferably holds a professional qualification related to food safety or quality.

Required skills

• Ability to operate production equipment safely.
• Willingness to learn new systems and understand production documentation.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
