Key responsibilities

• Design and build a robust, enterprise‑level data platform that enables data‑driven decisions.
• Lead architectural choices for Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other modern data‑stack components.
• Implement access controls, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and data‑quality checks to ensure trustworthy and secure data.
• Set up data observability to monitor performance and catch issues early.
• Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to turn messy data into meaningful insights.
• Act as a technical mentor and go‑to expert for the team.

Required profile

• Strong experience building enterprise‑scale data systems that are actively used.
• Fluent in data infrastructure, DevOps for data, and modern engineering workflows (CI/CD, Git).
• Deep understanding of data governance, security, and quality at scale.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and cloud data ecosystems.
• Genuine passion for solving problems and building clean, efficient, scalable systems.
• Collaborative, hands‑on attitude with forward‑thinking mindset.
