Leadership Program Specialist

About the role

Festo is looking for a Leadership Program Specialist to organise and manage its global leadership development programmes. Based in Kaunas, you will act as the main point of contact for participants, trainers and stakeholders, ensuring a smooth and high‑quality learning experience.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, administer and coordinate global leadership development programmes in line with stakeholder requirements.
• Manage participant registration, attendance tracking, logistics and documentation throughout the programme lifecycle.
• Serve as the primary liaison for participants, trainers, venue providers and business stakeholders, maintaining effective communication.
• Prepare and distribute participant communications, programme materials, schedules and reminders.
• Arrange evening networking activities and ensure a high‑quality participant experience across all events.
• Collect participant feedback and support continuous improvement of the leadership development initiatives.

Required profile

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal (German knowledge is a plus).
• Strong organisational and planning abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a passion for delivering a high‑quality participant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate handling of administrative processes.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and proactively solve problems.
