About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Manager to organise and coordinate the transport of finished products, raw materials and other cargoes. The role involves managing carrier relationships, overseeing shipment execution and ensuring smooth logistics operations across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organise and coordinate logistics processes for outbound and inbound freight.
• Search for, select and monitor carriers, negotiate transport rates and commercial contract terms.
• Control shipment execution, resolve delays or disruptions and coordinate alternative solutions.
• Administer ERP and GoRamp systems – manage cargoes, tariffs, reservations, documents and status updates.
• Monitor logistics costs, tariffs, additional fees and carrier invoices.
• Maintain logistics KPIs, track results and share information with relevant departments.
• Coordinate sales and procurement inquiries, collaborating with warehouse, production, accounting, supply teams and partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transport, forwarding or supply‑chain functions.
• Hands‑on experience organising shipments and working with carriers.
• Good understanding of the transport market, pricing, route planning and cost drivers.
• Proven negotiation skills for transport services and commercial contracts.
• Analytical mindset to assess logistics costs and performance, driving efficiency improvements.
• Ability to plan work independently, multitask and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong computer skills and experience with ERP or transport‑management systems.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English, both spoken and written.
