Key responsibilities

• Provide extraordinary, personalized service to every customer.
• Achieve and exceed sales and service targets through proactive client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain a loyal client base by communicating regularly via phone, email, and digital channels.
• Execute floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks.
• Resolve customer issues and collaborate with management on escalated matters.
• Participate in all training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and vendor events.

Required profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in a commission‑based luxury sales environment.
• Consistent record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas.
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills.
• Passion for fashion trends and broad product knowledge across merchandise categories.
