Maintenance Associate (Part-Time Contract)

About the role

Holt Renfrew is seeking a part‑time Maintenance Associate to keep its facilities in top condition. You will perform light‑duty maintenance and housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and visually appealing environment for staff and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain heating, ventilation and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems.
• Service conveyor systems, plumbing, and security/fire alarm equipment.
• Perform routine electrical tasks, including light‑bulb and ballast replacement.
• Carry out carpentry, painting, and floor‑repair work (tile, wood, carpet).
• Relocate furniture, mount pictures or message boards, and install or remove luminaires as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, privacy and cybersecurity policies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in building maintenance or as a superintendent.
• Basic proficiency in English and mathematics.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift 20‑50 lb regularly.
• Detail‑oriented with a strong problem‑solving attitude.
