Manager – Strategy, Risk & Transactions (Lithuania)

About the role

We are looking for a Manager to lead governance, risk and compliance engagements for financial‑services clients in Lithuania and internationally. The role sits within our Strategy, Risk & Transactions team and supports clients in strengthening governance, meeting regulatory requirements and improving risk‑control frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead advisory projects for Lithuanian and international financial‑services clients.
• Assess and improve governance, risk‑management and internal‑control frameworks.
• Support clients with regulatory compliance, including AML/CTF and prudential requirements.
• Deliver credit‑risk, internal‑audit and assurance engagements.
• Identify risks, control gaps and improvement opportunities, providing practical recommendations.
• Lead project teams, produce client‑ready reports and presentations, and mentor junior colleagues.
• Contribute to business‑development activities and expand GRC expertise.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, risk management, internal audit, internal controls or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project‑management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
• Passion for risk management, compliance, internal audit and AML/CTF.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with AI‑enabled productivity tools.
