Marketing Manager (Maternity Cover)

About the role

Foxelli Group is seeking a Marketing Manager for a 4‑month maternity cover. The role is fully remote within the EU and offers the chance to continue long‑term if both parties are satisfied.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals, using customer research and market trends.
• Create, test, and optimise copy for ads, landing pages and funnels that drive conversions.
• Conduct QA of landing pages, run A/B tests and collaborate with developers to implement website improvements.
• Act as the liaison between marketing, design and development teams, providing clear briefs and tracking project progress.
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify pain points and growth opportunities.
• Integrate AI tools into workflows to accelerate testing and execution.

Required profile

• Hands‑on, full‑stack marketer who can move from idea generation to measurable sales.
• Comfortable working fast, iterating quickly and making data‑driven decisions.
• Enjoys bridging creative and technical teams and turning insights into actionable campaigns.
• Passionate about e‑commerce and D2C brands.

Required skills

• Experience with AI‑powered marketing tools (specific tools not listed).
• Proficiency in copywriting for ads and landing pages.
• Knowledge of A/B testing and funnel optimisation.
