Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to lead and expand Maistinė’s social media presence and execute marketing campaigns that drive store traffic and sales. This full‑time position will focus on creating engaging content for Instagram and Facebook while supporting seasonal promotions and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Create high‑quality content for Instagram and Facebook accounts.
• Plan and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns aligned with store objectives, seasonal offers, and product introductions.
• Manage and grow Maistinė’s social media profiles, maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual style.
• Collaborate with store teams and the purchasing department to share news, promotions, and store experiences.
• Monitor content performance, analyze results, and continuously optimize communication.
• Support paid social campaigns (Meta Ads) to expand audience reach and attract more visitors to stores.

Required profile

• Experience creating social media content.
• Strong writing skills in Lithuanian and/or English.
• Proven ability to work independently and stay organized without constant supervision.
• Capability to ensure consistent communication across channels.
