Media Buyer

About the role

We’re looking for a Media Buyer who knows how to make noise. Someone who lives and breathes performance marketing and will own paid social end‑to‑end for a fast‑growing DTC energy drink brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own paid social strategy, setup, buying and scaling across Meta and TikTok, with room to test new channels.
• Manage and optimise monthly budgets across 20+ markets, deciding where every euro is spent.
• Run continuous creative and audience testing, quickly scaling winners and killing losers.
• Collaborate with the social and creative team to source and iterate UGC and creator content built to convert.
• Track performance via Shopify, GA4 and ad platforms, delivering insights and attribution reporting.
• Support founders, feed paid learnings into organic, and help sales drive retail sell‑through.
• Conduct market, customer and competitor research to uncover new growth angles.
• Set up automation, naming conventions and workflows to scale spend efficiently.

Required profile

• 3+ years hands‑on Meta media buying experience, preferably for a DTC brand.
• Proven ability to scale campaigns profitably, not just spend budget.
• Strong analytical mindset, organised and able to prioritise independently.
• Fluent with AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT to accelerate work.
• Enthusiastic about paid social and eager to continuously level up.
• Multi‑market European experience is a plus.
