About the role
We are looking for a dedicated butcher to join our retail centre in Šiauliai. The successful candidate will work with fresh meat, prepare meat products and ensure all hygiene standards are met.
Key responsibilities
- Cut and trim fresh meat according to specifications.
- Produce a range of meat products and marinades.
- Maintain accurate records and fill required journals.
- Observe strict food‑safety and hygiene protocols.
Required profile
- At least secondary education.
- Experience in food‑product processing or meat handling.
- Strong sense of responsibility, diligence and willingness to work.
- Good hygiene practices when handling food.
