Mid DevOps Engineer

About the role

Join the Infrastructure Team at ScrapingBee to help operate a highly robust platform on Google Cloud and bare‑metal environments. You will manage Kubernetes clusters, infrastructure as code, and deployment automation to keep massive web‑data workloads reliable and performant.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot GKE and Kubernetes clusters, handling node health, networking and application deployments.
• Provision and maintain infrastructure using Terraform, Terragrunt and Ansible.
• Build and improve Helm charts, Argo CD ApplicationSets and GitHub Actions workflows for seamless delivery.
• Investigate incidents with logs, metrics and health checks, executing safe changes with validation and rollback plans.
• Enforce secure access to GCP services, secrets and container registries.
• Collaborate directly with developers to resolve issues and enhance system stability and performance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes workloads and solid Linux, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP and TLS fundamentals.
• Practical experience managing infrastructure with Terraform and Ansible, including plan reviews and change management.
• Proficiency with Helm, Git‑based delivery, Docker pipelines and scripting in Bash and Python.
• Working knowledge of GCP (GKE, IAM, Secret Manager) and a security‑first mindset.
• Clear communication during code reviews and incident handling.
