Mobile QA Engineer (Mid‑Senior)

About the role

At Coveron we’re building a complete identity‑theft protection service. The team behind Nord Security’s latest product combines dark‑web monitoring, credit tracking and identity‑theft insurance into one platform. As a Mobile QA Engineer you will help protect users’ identities, spot threats early and enable faster recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform manual and exploratory testing on iOS and Android applications.
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases and regression suites.
• Validate mobile‑specific behaviours such as notifications, deep links, permissions, app lifecycle and network changes.
• Test integrations with backend services and APIs.
• Report, prioritize and track defects together with developers and product managers.
• Build and maintain automated tests for critical user journeys and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines.
• Contribute to release decisions and continuously improve QA processes.

Required profile

• 3+ years of software QA experience, including mobile application testing.
• Hands‑on experience testing both iOS and Android.
• Strong knowledge of manual, exploratory, regression and integration testing.
• Experience with API‑testing tools such as Postman.
• Experience with at least one mobile automation framework (XCUITest, Espresso, UIAutomator or Appium).
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Agile practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
