Monitoring and Reporting Assistant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Monitoring and Reporting Assistant to join our operations team. You will work with alternative energy systems, primarily wind farms, and turn raw operational data into actionable insights for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse wind farm performance using our internal monitoring platform.
• Collect, log and maintain records of service, maintenance and grid‑related events.
• Validate data quality and ensure proper storage in designated directories.
• Prepare monthly and annual performance reports for clients and stakeholders, highlighting key indicators and explaining significant events.
• Collaborate with the team to provide status updates and insights on park operations.

Required profile

• Education in a relevant field such as science, IT or technology (final‑year student acceptable).
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Analytical, curious and solution‑oriented attitude.
• Good communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with process monitoring, database maintenance or IT system support (advantageous).
• Background in the energy sector or technical report writing (advantageous).
