Multimedia Content Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative Multimedia Content Specialist to produce, edit and publish video stories that showcase Girteka’s logistics operations across social platforms. You will work closely with drivers, base teams and experts to turn authentic experiences into engaging digital content.

Key responsibilities

• Create, film, edit and publish engaging video content for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and other Girteka channels.
• Find and develop authentic stories together with drivers, transport base teams, managers and internal experts.
• Produce driver interviews, road stories, expert videos and other transport‑related content.
• Visit transport bases regularly, conduct interviews and appear on camera.
• Adapt and localise content for Russian and English audiences and collaborate with influencers when relevant.
• Follow social media trends, experiment with new formats and use performance insights to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Russian language proficiency at C1 level or higher and proficiency in English.
• At least 2 years of experience in multimedia content creation, social media, digital marketing or communications.
• Strong hands‑on skills in filming, video editing, sound and visual composition, supported by a portfolio.
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Meta and YouTube content, social media trends and video storytelling.
• Confidence both behind and in front of the camera with excellent communication skills.
• Valid Category B driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to transport bases.
