New Business Sales Manager – Trade Credit Insurance

About the role

Coface, a global trade credit insurance and business information group, is looking for a New Business Sales Manager in Vilnius. The role identifies and targets new potential clients, drives business growth, provides expert consultations and works closely with brokers.

Key responsibilities

• Actively seek new credit insurance clients in the Lithuanian business market
• Take ownership of the sales process: find new customers or handle broker referrals, arrange meetings and negotiate agreement terms
• Prepare client analyses, present projects to decision-makers and deliver solutions
• Advise clients on trade credit insurance and risk management
• Build strong partnerships with trade credit insurance brokers

Required profile

• Motivated, customer-oriented mindset focused on quality customer experiences
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience
• Professional Lithuanian and English (spoken and written)
• Experience in banks, insurance or credit collection is desirable
• Knowledge of credit insurance is a big advantage
• Experience in a multicultural or international matrix organisation is desirable
