New Product Development Specialist – Smart Label

About the role

We are looking for a New Product Development Specialist to lead the early‑stage development of our Smart Label product line, turning ideas into market‑ready offerings. The role starts with concept validation and progresses to full product management once the business case is approved.

Key responsibilities

• Research market needs, competitors and technology trends in smart labeling and asset identification.
• Validate product ideas through customer discovery, prototyping and business‑case development.
• Define the initial product concept, including target segments, use cases, value proposition and rough technical requirements.
• Build and pitch a validated business plan to secure approval for full development.
• Transition into a Product Manager role once validation is complete and grow the product into a full portfolio.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, marketing and sales throughout the development process.

Required profile

• Experience in product management, business development or a related B2B/tech field.
• Strong analytical and business‑case‑building skills.
• Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving a 0‑to‑1 process independently.
• Interest in IoT, hardware or industrial technology is a plus.
• Fluent English.
