NPI Process Engineer – New Product Implementation

About the role

The NPI Process Engineer will support the introduction of new products and the optimisation of existing manufacturing processes. Working on‑site in Kaunas, you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure efficient, reliable, and safe production that meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes, equipment, and materials for new and existing products.
• Support the transfer of new products into commercial production.
• Identify efficiency opportunities using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with equipment engineers and external suppliers on new equipment, tooling, and materials.
• Coordinate installation, calibration, and validation of new equipment and processes.
• Prepare and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and quality records.
• Create and manage validation documents, including PFMEAs, validation protocols, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in an engineering field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in an engineering role.
• Good understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes.
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Strong English communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and a structured work approach.
