About the role

Join IKEA’s Kaunas store as a Supplementary Goods Sales Specialist working part‑time. You will help keep the store’s supplementary product sections well‑stocked, tidy and attractive for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Distribute supplementary products to the appropriate store departments.
• Arrange items on shelves and ensure proper presentation.
• Maintain cleanliness and order on the shelves.
• Support the upkeep of additional product locations within the store.
• Work shifts from 07:00 to 11:00‑12:00, three to four days a week (approximately 20 hours per week).

Required profile

• At least secondary education.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a service mindset.
• Ability to communicate with a diverse range of people.
• Capability to handle several tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to work as part of a team and share knowledge.
