Pardavėja/konsultantė – PC Ozas, Vilnius (20‑30 h)

About the role

As a Sales Consultant at the PC Ozas store in Vilnius, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience. You will greet shoppers, guide them through the store, and showcase our fashion collections while embodying the H&M brand values.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in finding products that match their style.
• Provide fashion advice and share product knowledge to help customers make informed decisions.
• Maintain the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring sufficient inventory, cleanliness, and a welcoming atmosphere.
• Support opening and closing routines, including cash handling and visual merchandising tasks.
• Collaborate with team members, department managers and regional teams to achieve store targets.
• Represent the brand positively in all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Interest in fashion and willingness to engage with customers.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑oriented attitude.
• Comfort with using technology in daily work (e.g., POS systems).
• Flexibility, proactive mindset and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• Basic Lithuanian language proficiency (minimum A2 level).
