About the role

Vytautas Event is looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to develop B2B event solutions. You will build trusted relationships with corporate clients and turn ideas into successful projects.

Key responsibilities

• Actively prospect new business clients and generate leads.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing clients.
• Organise meetings, conduct negotiations and close contracts.
• Analyse client needs and propose tailored event solutions.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals.
• Coordinate the entire sales cycle from first contact to signed agreement.
• Use CRM tools to plan and track sales activities.
• Collaborate closely with project managers to hand over projects for execution.

Required profile

• Proven B2B sales experience with business clients.
• Comfortable with cold calling and initiating new contacts.
• Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships.
• Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and offer high‑value solutions.
• Independent, result‑oriented and good at time management.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
• Fluent in Lithuanian and English.
• Existing network of business contacts is a plus.
