About the role

Tele2 is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join its telemarketing team in Šiauliai. Working in a hybrid model, you will be the face of the brand, driving sales results and ensuring high customer satisfaction through phone interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Tele2 services and products to existing customers by phone, following established sales standards.
• Educate customers on the latest telecommunications innovations and encourage adoption.
• Achieve defined sales targets and quality goals for customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong ability to plan time and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer objections.
• Enthusiasm, creativity and motivation to meet personal and team objectives.
• Fluent Lithuanian language skills, both spoken and written.
