About the role

Tele2 is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join its telemarketing team in Kaunas. You will be the voice of the brand, contacting existing customers by phone, promoting Tele2 services and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Tele2 products and services to existing customers following sales standards.
• Educate customers about new telecommunications innovations.
• Achieve sales and customer service quality targets set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong ability to plan time and work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle objections.
• Enthusiasm, creativity and motivation to meet personal and team goals.
• Fluent Lithuanian – spoken and written.
