About the role

Tele2 is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join its telemarketing team in Klaipėda. Working in a hybrid model, you will be the voice of the brand, driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction through phone interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Sell Tele2 services and products to existing customers by phone, following sales standards.
• Educate customers about new telecommunications innovations and encourage adoption.
• Achieve defined sales targets and quality goals for customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong time‑management and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle customer objections.
• Enthusiastic, creative, and motivated to meet personal and team objectives.
• Fluent Lithuanian (spoken and written).
