About the role

We are looking for a motivated Store Manager to lead our PC "Una" location in Vilnius. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, driving sales performance, and fostering a positive team environment.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and guarantee the smooth functioning of the store.
• Lead and coordinate the daily work of the store team.
• Create employee schedules, assign tasks and monitor their execution.
• Ensure sales processes are followed and monitor store performance results.
• Manage product assortment, visual displays, pricing and price changes.
• Maintain compliance with store procedures and processes.
• Administer all store‑related documentation.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail.
• Strong leadership, motivation and organisational abilities.
• Result‑oriented, proactive, independent and responsible.
• Excellent communication, collaboration and organisational skills.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and quick learning of new systems.
• English language proficiency of at least B1 level.
