About the role

We are looking for a Transmission and Overhead Line Engineer to join our Power Distribution Operations team. The role focuses on quality control of construction and installation works for 10‑35 kV electrical equipment, ensuring compliance with technical standards and project documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Control the quality of construction, installation and commissioning of 10‑35 kV electrical networks.
• Verify that new networks are built according to installation rules, technical conditions and project specifications.
• Participate in technical assessments of new and reconstructed electrical facilities.
• Support the connection of industrial consumers to the grid and take part in related technical evaluation committees.
• Implement unified standards for the acceptance of investment projects within the organization.

Required profile

• Higher or higher‑education degree in electrical engineering.
• Understanding of electrical equipment, especially primary switching devices.
• Proficiency in Lithuanian, ability to communicate in Russian, and ability to read technical instructions in English.
• Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel) and reading AutoCAD drawings.
• Valid B‑category driver’s licence.
