About the role

We are looking for an experienced lawyer to join our Legal Department. You will represent the company in courts, negotiations and provide legal advice across all business activities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company in Lithuanian courts, pre‑trial disputes, bailiff and notary offices.
• Act as the company’s representative in negotiations with third parties.
• Prepare and review responses to external parties and public institutions on behalf of the company.
• Draft, negotiate and assess contracts for compliance with applicable laws.
• Provide legal opinions and consultations related to corporate operations and governance.
• Advise employees on labour‑law matters.
• Participate in the legislative process by submitting comments and proposals.

Required profile

• University degree in law (lawyer qualification).
• Minimum three years of professional legal experience.
• Proficient English (at least B2 level).
• Strong MS Office computer skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of Lithuanian legislation governing the company’s activities.
• Result‑oriented, independent, with good communication and negotiation abilities.
