Payments Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Payments Data Analyst to join Kiloverse’s fast‑growing team. You will turn complex payment data into actionable insights, helping our products stay secure, efficient and profitable.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain performance reports for payments analytics.
• Support and consult report users, register, plan and prioritize their requests.
• Merge multiple complex data sources and automate data processes.
• Define and track key performance indicators for products, flagging issues proactively.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve business metrics.
• Monitor data for anomalies, help prevent fraud and keep chargebacks low.
• Continuously analyze and optimise the payment flow.
• Follow up on issues within your area of responsibility.
• Collaborate with data analysts and engineers to improve data collection and quality.
• Provide ad‑hoc support to the team.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in payments, fraud, risk or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Highly curious, proactive and comfortable collaborating across teams.
• Excellent English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize analyses and make data‑driven decisions.

• BI tools such as Looker, Tableau or Power BI
• DBT (advantageous)
