People Data Analyst

About the role

Vinted is looking for a People Data Analyst to join the People Analytics Team. You will analyse and interpret data across the employee lifecycle, from candidacy to alumni, and build the dashboards that the People team relies on.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain Looker dashboards and run analysis covering the full employee life cycle.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition as the dedicated analytics point of contact, delivering funnel, pipeline, time‑to‑hire and source‑effectiveness reporting.
• Scope, prioritise and fulfil analytics requests from stakeholders across the organisation.
• Co‑create People Analytics products together with the Data Science & Analytics team.
• Document datasets, metric definitions and dashboards to ensure consistent, self‑serve reporting.
• Promote a data‑driven culture by making people data easy to find and use.

Required profile

• BSc or MSc in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Statistics or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong Google Sheets skills, comfortable with lookups, pivots and building reliable reports.
• Experience with data visualisation tools (Looker preferred; Tableau or Power BI acceptable).
• Familiarity with SQL and data warehouses such as BigQuery or Snowflake; exposure to dbt is a plus.
• Excellent English communication and ability to clarify stakeholder requests.
• Responsible handling of confidential employee information.
• Interest in HR analytics or prior HR domain knowledge.
